Perfect Spaghetti Sauce

1-2 cans of Hunt's Traditional Sauce in a can
1/2-1 lbs of ground beef OR sausage
1 cube of beef boullion

The following ingredients, all to taste:
Parmesean Cheese
Italian Seasonings
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Parsley Flakes
Oregano

First take the ground beef or sausage out of the container and place it in a heated frying pan with some olive oil. Smush it up with a spatula until the pieces crumble, add some italian seasoning, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt and black pepper while the meat is cooking. When it appears to be browned all the way through, remove it from heat and drain out as much oil as you can - otherwise the sauce will be too oily.

The next step is to place the can(s) of Hunt's tomato sauce into a large pot, and add all of the seasonings, including the parmesean cheese and the boullion cube. At this time, add the drained, browned ground beef/sausage. Stir it up until its uniform in consistency and color, put on a lid and let it simmer over medium-low heat until it is thoroughly hot. (I usually let it cook for 30-45 minutes to get the flavors combined.)

Approximately 15 minutes before the sauce is done, start water boiling for the spaghetti. it needs to cook for 10-12 minutes total. Drain the noodles after that amount of time, cover them in meat sauce, and enjoy!

Cheesy Garlic Bread

1 loaf of italian bread
1 stick of butter
2 scoopfuls of minced garlic (more or less depending on taste)
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesean cheese
Parsley Flakes

Set the temperature of the oven to 350-375 degrees. Take a long, serrated knife and slice the bread length-wise and place both halves on a cookie sheet, crust-down. In the microwave, melt down the sticker of butter and stir in the 2 scoopfuls of minced garlic.

After it has thoroughly melted, stir it up and drizzle it over both lengths of bread until they're evenly coated. Then sprinkle the bag of mozzarella cheese on top. Sometimes I sprinkle some parmesean cheese on top, as well as some parsley flakes for color and extra flavor.

Bake in the oven until the cheesy is gooey and has some brown spots, remove from the oven, cut into slices and enjoy!

Ashley's Famous Taco Dip

1 packet of Taco Seasoning
1 packet of shreadded cheddar
or mexican style cheese
1 container of Refried Beans
1 container of sour cream
1 jar of salsa (optional)
1 bag of tortilla chips

Heat up the oven to approximately 350 degrees. Get out a 9 by 13 inch baking pan and spread an even layer of refried beans across the bottom. Dust it with the taco seasoning (or put the whole container in depending upon how seasoned you like your food to be). If desired, this is when the layer of salsa should be put in, when I make mine I opt out of the salsa just because I find it tends to make it watery, however some people love it with the addition of the salsa. When serving I tend to just have a bowl of salsa to the side so people can add it if they please. Next a thick layer of sour cream is placed in a layer on top of the taco seasoning or the salsa layer. Then the entire pan is covered with an ample amount of cheese to make it nice and gooey.

This dish should be cooked until the cheese is completely melted and is slightly bubbling, with a little bit of brown at the edges. It is best when served directly out of the oven with tortilla chips.
